Moulding

Add to the styling of your home with interior trim. Changing trim around your windows and floors is an easy remodel and facelift for any home. Come in and browse our wide range of styles and products. We stock Hemlock, finger-joint primed pine, and MDF in casing, base, and crown molds.
Tip: the taller the base mold, the shorter the wall height will seem.
Xtremetrim model home
Click image above to see extruded trim/panels from Tamlyn's XtremeTrim.		 We offer finished grade boards of CVG fir, mixed-grain Hemlock, and preprimed MDF. We also stock specialized moldings like brick and shake mold. In addition, we carry 1x4 finger-joint tongue and grooved boards for front porches.

We also carry 1x6, 1x8, 1x10, and 1x12 in a #2 pine. For shelves we carry a 12” and 16” bullnose-edge particle board.

Concrete mixes, blocks, accessories

In addition to concrete, we carry other dry bagged goods. Mortar mix, sand mix, construction sand, Portland cement, and pea gravel are some of the most popular types. We stock Rapid Set cement, mortar, and concrete. These products set in an hour or less and they are so strong that they’re used to repair highways and bridges. We also stock concrete blocks for decks and patios. Choose from 8”, 12”, and 18” pier blocks with bracket or without. Or choose from deck blocks, a 12” pier block with a 4x4 criss-cross slot. We also carry rebar, stakes, tie wire, chairs, ties, rapi-forms, Simpson Stab bolts, rebar caps, bonder, and finishing tools.

Engineered wood

LP I-joists are environmentally friendly, engineered for minimal deflection, and prevent shrinking and cracking, unlike traditional lumber joists. Drop off your building plans and the professionals at Milwaukie Lumber will be happy to engineer your floor for free. Glulams, LVL, Big Beams, and LSL provide maximum strength, consistency, and no warping or cracking, unlike traditional Douglas fir beams.

Simpson hardware

We carry the common hold downs, straps, and brackets that are essential to today's building codes. Our sales staff will help you understand the Simpson callout on your plan. Simpson brackets are also essential for decks and fences. Z-Max or Stainless-Steel Hangers are required on pressure treated lumber, please consult with our staff on which product is required per the retention level of the treatment.

Wood pellets

Reduce your energy bills during the winter with Manke CleanBurn pellets. CleanBurn pellets burn cleaner than firewood because of their low-moisture content. In fact, when burned in an approved pellet stove, they combust nearly totally, eliminating creosote buildup which gives you a safer stove. In addition, there are virtually no emissions and that helps preserve our air quality. CleanBurn pellets are locally harvested and produced in Tacoma, Washington.

GutterStuff original foam filter inserts

Never need to clean your gutters again. GutterStuff original foam filter inserts block debris from getting in your gutters, while allowing water drainage. GutterStuff is easy to install, features a five-year warranty, and is available in two sizes—5” and 6” widths.

Skylights

We stock 2'x 2’ and 2'x 4' fixed and vented Velux skylights, one of the most trusted names in the business. Choose from two beautiful styles—deck mount or curb mount. We also carry Sun Tunnel and Sola-a-Tube innovative skylights that are easy to install and allow natural light to grace your home.
